Victor Frankenstein and the Monster
Mary Shelleys novel, Frankenstein, tells a story of victor Frankenstein, a talented, brilliant scientist whose pick up is to find the key to heart eternal - immortality. In his many ways to achieve this he creates a monster which changes his bearing completely, leaving both of the characters in solitude and despair for the sculptural relief of their lives. Through the tragic events and unforgiving actions of both protagonists, Shelley portrays the consequences and negative personal effects of uncontrolled revenge, breathing in and rejection.\nFrankenstein is a classic example of down(p) gothic horror; this gives Shelleys novel a thrilling theme in which the reader holds on to. Shelley portrays this melancholic moment as an influence for Victor to pursue his desire for immortality. Frankenstein leaves for Ingolstadt, Germany, where he was mulish to go to university and study the sciences, as he wanted.
